This is part two of the pictures I shot at the 21st Classic-Gala at Schwetzingen 2025. They cover cars from 1946 up to today including the following price winning cars.

The 21st Classic-Gala at Schwetzingen was held from 5th to 7th September 2025. As always a huge amount of high quality collectible cars was on display and some birthdays were celebrated. 125 years of Adler, 110 years of Aston Martin, 70 years of Alpine as well as the 70th birthdays of the MG A and the Mercedes-Benz 190 SL were on the programm. How to find the best car of the show or for all the other over 50 categories seems to be a difficult job for the jury. However find below some of the (...)
This annual event in Hattersheim near Frankfurt am Main is always worth a trip. Located around the city centre and the 'Stadtpark' this open meeting shows a variety of cars changing through the 2 days as the guests arrive drive by and visit the garden party with family and friends. Besides the classic cars there are fire engine or rescue demonstrations from the local fire department as well as entertainment for the kids.

A great variety of cars is always presented at the Klassikertage Hattersheim, an open event that always has some surprising cars and last but not lease some more pictures from the Loh Collection.

Here are more pictures of the 20th Classic-Gala was held at Schwetzingen. Including the large variety of Veritas cars that were on display at the park entry. As already posted before there are more images of the Loh Collection and their Ferrari special show. Also find some pictures of the Hattersheimer Klassikertage and the HMSC Concours in Wiesbaden. All images cover the period from 1946 to 1970. A third update of 2024 pictures will be follwoing early this year.

Almost a year has past since my last update. This update covers cars built until second world war. The majority are from the 20th Classic-Gala held at Schwetzingen where several car manaufacturers were celebrating their birthdays. 120 years Rolls-Royce, 100 years Chrysler as well as 85 years of Borgward. Except for this beautiful event I visited the HMSC Oldtimer Rallye Wiesbaden in May and went to see the Nationales Automuseum | The Loh Collection including the Ferrari special exhibition. (...)

I'm happy to post some new pictures after a longer break. From Sep. 1st until Sep. 3rd 2023 the 19th Classic-Gala was held at Schwetzingen. I was able to visit this wonderful event again on a sunny saturday. As usual some car manaufacturers are celebrating their birthdays. Lamborghini is 60 years on the market now, Porsche for 75 years and top it Renault is celebrating their 125th anniversary and not to forget the 70th birthday of the Corvette. This 1954 Chrysler GS-1 Special by Ghia was awarded "Best of Show", won the FIVA Class E1 and "Prix Design"

From Sep. 3rd until Sep. 5th 2021 the 17th Classic-Gala was held at Schwetzingen. Wonderful weather and again a huge variety of cars from the ancestor era until today were displayed in the wonderful gardens of Schwetzingen. At the park entry several Maybach were lined up to celebrate the 100th anniversary. Another centenary was the one of Carozzeria Ghia.
This 1938 BMW 328 Roadster by Vignale was 2nd "Best of Show" and winner of the FIVA Class D2.
